Water obtained:OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARD NOM-127-SSA1-1994,Environmental health, water for human use and consumption-permissible quality limits and treatments to which the water must be subjected for its purification.

Beneficts: The water obtained is used for all slaughter services, both for general washing and for feeding the animals.
